[ad name=”NEWAD300x250″]JailGuide has created a newly revised version of the Federal Prisons Sentence Good Time Calculator. We have also made it available for other people to embed on their websites. So, if you are an attorney or bailbond company looking for a neat tool – go to our prison sentencing calculator embed page.
Whether you or someone you know is going to do state prison time or federal prison time, this handy sentencing calculator will alert you to how much good time you can get… if you’re a model prisoner. You can get out of prison early, you simply need to own your prison sentence and be a good inmate. If you don’t think you can act right in prison, plan on spending mostly your entire sentence in the joint.

I tried it for Delaware. The maximum amount of good time you can get in Delaware is 5 days per month. Standard good time is 2.5 days per month. You can receive up to an additional 2.5 days per months by working or attending school or a program. Regardless of what extra you may do, 5 days of good time per months is the MAX.
Thanks zSparrow – we are constantly adjusting the calculator per state rules. Some prison systems are different as they pertain to rules for that prison, or type of prison. So good time across the board definitely differs. But thanks for the heads up and we’ll look into making the change for good time rates for Delaware prisons.

Thanks for creating the prison sentence calculator. I understand that I can have my law firm website place don the calculator and use the prison sentence calculator on our legal site. How do we go about doing this? Is there any fee involved for using this calculator?
You may use the prison sentence calculator on your site free of charge. If you wish to have your law firm information on the calculator please email us using the contact form
Thanks for the prison sentence calculator! I tried it and it was pretty accurate based on the amount of time my uncle has to spend in prison in Oklahoma.
